A Transformative Retreat for Women Ready to Create More Time and Space for Themselves
The Embodied Pilates Retreat is a 3-night immersive retreat in Callistoga, California designed for women who are ready to step away from the demands of daily life and reconnect with themselves through movement, nature, rest, and community.
This isn't a vacation where Pilates happens to be included.
And it isn't a Pilates workshop or teacher training.
It's an opportunity to slow down, create space, and experience your Pilates practice in a way that's difficult to access during a one-hour class.
Through daily movement, workshops, somatic experiences, time in nature, and shared meals, you'll deepen your connection to both yourself and your practice—and return home feeling refreshed, grounded, and renewed.

WHAT AWAITS YOU…
SLOW DOWN
Step away from schedules, obligations, and the constant demands on your attention.
For a few days, you'll have the rare opportunity to move at a different pace, breathe a little deeper, and create space for yourself.
Let the pressure to do, achieve, and respond fall away.
MOVE
Experience Pilates beyond the one-hour class.
Through daily movement sessions and workshops, you'll deepen your understanding of the practice and discover what happens when you have the time to truly feel it in your body.
Move from following instructions to trusting your own experience.
LISTEN
When life gets busy, it's easy to lose touch with yourself.
Through movement, reflection, and somatic exploration, you'll practice listening more closely to your body and the wisdom it already holds.
Sometimes the answers we're looking for are waiting in the quiet.
RESTORE
Surrounded by the natural beauty of Callistoga, you'll have time to rest, recharge, and reconnect with yourself.
Wander among vineyards, enjoy unhurried mornings, and allow the slower pace of retreat life to work its quiet magic.
CONNECT
Gather around the table, share meaningful conversations, and spend time with a small group of women who value movement, growth, and intentional living.
In a world that often feels disconnected, there is something powerful about being together.
RETURN
Return home feeling refreshed, grounded, and renewed.
With a deeper connection to yourself and your practice, you'll carry the benefits of the retreat long after the weekend ends.
Not because you've learned more to do, but because you've experienced what it feels like to simply be.

Why i created this retreat
Most of us experience Pilates one hour at a time.
We come to class, do our workout, maybe have an "aha" moment, and then jump right back into the demands of daily life.
I wanted to create an opportunity for something different.
A few days away. More time to move. More time to rest. More time to connect with yourself and a community of women who are looking for the same thing.
Yes, we'll do Pilates. But this retreat is about more than Pilates.
It's about creating the time and space to slow down, pay attention, and experience what happens when you're not rushing off to the next thing.
I'd love for you to join us.
