Whether you're brand new to Pilates or have taken hundreds of classes,
there's something different waiting for you at Nephesh.
GET MORE OUT OF YOUR PILATES PRACTICE.
We teach traditional Pilates the way it was intended: as a complete system of movement designed to build strength, flexibility, and control.
With small classes and plenty of individual attention, you'll learn to get more out of every movement and discover what your body is capable of.
Two weeks to experience Pilates the Nephesh way.
Your intro includes unlimited access to:
Fundamentals
Get to know the classical Pilates method on the Reformer and Mat. With just four students per class, you'll receive plenty of individual attention as you learn the exercises, develop your skills, and build a strong foundation.
Mat Classes
Experience the original Pilates workout. You'll use your own body as resistance to develop strength, flexibility, and control from head to toe.
A different kind of Pilates experience.
At Nephesh, Pilates isn't about keeping up with the person next to you or just getting through a workout.
It's about learning to move your body with strength, purpose, and control.
Whether this is your first Pilates experience or you're coming from another studio, we'll meet you where you are, challenge you appropriately, and help you make real progress.
You don't need to know the method before you arrive. That's what we're here to teach you.

Absolutely! You don't need any Pilates experience, special flexibility, or a certain level of fitness to get started. Our Fundamentals classes are designed to help you learn the Pilates method from the ground up, with plenty of individual attention along the way.
-
We teach traditional Pilates, following the original method developed by Joseph Pilates. Rather than treating each class as a standalone workout, we teach Pilates as a complete system, helping you develop strength, flexibility, and control that build with every visit. Whether you've taken five classes or five hundred, there's always something new to learn.
-
Your intro gives you access to both Fundamentals and Mat classes. In Fundamentals, you'll learn the foundational exercises on the Reformer and Mat in a small group of just four students, with plenty of individual attention and feedback. Our Mat classes give you another way to experience traditional Pilates, using your own body to build strength, flexibility, and control. Both are great ways to get familiar with the method and start building your practice.
-
Definitely! We keep our classes small so everyone gets plenty of personal attention. Reserving your spot ahead of time ensures there's room for you. You can easily book and manage your classes online or through our app.
-
Wear comfortable, stretchy clothing that allows you to move freely. There's no need for special shoes. We practice barefoot or in grip socks.
-
Yes! We have a large parking lot with plenty of free parking right outside the studio. No circling the block or searching for a spot. Just park and come on in!
-
Traditional, also known as classical, Pilates is the original system of exercises, equipment, and methodology created by Joseph Pilates himself. While many forms of Pilates have evolved over the years (adding, removing, or modifying the original work) traiditional Pilates honors Joe's system as he intended it to be taught.
