Join us for an invaluable and informative 2-hour workshop where you will learn about the anatomy and function of the pelvic floor, common pelvic floor problems and dysfunctions, and what you can do to prevent and alleviate common issues. We will spend a good chunk of the class reviewing and practicing specific exercises that you easily do at home.
