With private instruction starting at $70/session and semi-privates starting at $42/session, we have customized membership options available to fit your lifestyle and budget.

New Student Private Intro Sessions

If you're new to Pilates, our New Student Private Special is the perfect introduction. These 55-minute one-on-one sessions are meant to familiarize you with the Pilates movement patterns, methodology, body alignment and equipment. After your three intro sessions, you can continue in private sessions or transition into small group classes.

Private Sessions

Private sessions are one-on-one instruction with a highly-trained teacher to deliver an individualized training or rehab program depending on the student's health, age, fitness level and training goals. Private instruction is perfect for the student who is seeking a depth and breadth of experience in the method, as a supplement to group classes, and for those who require a specialized program for physical therapy, rehab or pain relief. We encourage new students to take advantage of our discounted intro packages of three private sessions.

Semi-Private Sessions

Semi-private sessions of duets and trios (two or three students) are great for small groups who want the intimacy of a private session and the social aspect (and affordability) of a small group. Semi-privates work best with students of similar ability, Pilates experience and availability.

Prenatal and Postpartum

Pilates is a safe and effective way to stay active and mobile while pregnant and is also the perfect way to recover postpartum and beyond. The Pilates principles are already geared towards the pregnant or postpartum client, but can be modified to suite your needs throughout all stages of pregnancy and recovery after delivery. Because there is focus placed on initiating all movements from “center” without bearing down, Pilates helps keep your core and pelvic floor muscles strong but mobile to help reduce back and hip pain common during pregnancy. The same concepts apply during the postpartum stages where stretched abdominal and pelvic floor muscles need specialized care to avoid injury or strain.
