Purchase and Scheduling
All purchases and scheduling are done through the MINDBODY app, whether you're at home or purchasing with a teacher in the studio. Before you can book a group class, you'll need to purchase a session (single, pack or membership) and then you can use MINDBODY to book a spot. The schedule opens up 8 days in advance, so for example, you can book next Wednesday's classes starting on Tuesday. And space is limited in equipment classes, so be sure to book early! If you'll be coming to classes on a regular schedule, then you'll get the most bang for your buck with a membership. All of our memberships are setup on auto-pay, so your card will be charged automatically, but you'll still need to make sure you book yourself into classes. All memberships have no minimum commitment and can be cancelled at anytime. Check the Classes page for details.
If you can't make it to a class, just make sure you cancel 12 hours in advance and the class will be added back to your account. If you're an Unlimited Member and late cancel or no-show more than once a month, your account will be charged a $20 fee per late-cancelled or no-show class to your credit card on-file.
We open up three waitlist spots for every group class. If a class is full, you can add yourself to the waitlist. When another student cancels, the first person on the waitlist is automatically put into the class if it's before the 12-hour late cancel window. Within 12 hours prior to class, you'll receive a call or text from the studio manager notifying you that a spot has opened up in class. You'll then have one hour to confirm that you want the spot before is passed to the next person on the waitlist.
